Due to continued expansion, Ac Pro Electrical Ltd have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join our growing team based out of our Burnley office.
This is a hands-on role with a responsibility to produce Electrical tenders for both pre-designed and design & build projects along with estimating works working in a professional team.
As the Electrical Estimator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
– Produce competitive, commercially viable tenders for new and existing clients.
– Ability to identify alternative designs to obtain competitive advantages.
– Carry out take off’s from working drawings.
– Able to negotiate the optimum tender price from suppliers, wholesalers and subcontractors.
– Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.
– Participate in handover of successful bids to delivery team.
– Ensure delivery team understand the technical, financial and key programme issues.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
– Previous experience of a similar role within a building services contracting environment.
– Electrically qualified, with associated qualifications
